उण दादी री, उण मायड़ री
मरजादा ने आंख उठाई
ईण अंधारे
थारे म्हारे, बैठा तका
आ केडी व्यापी कायरता।
ग़ालिब रै चबदस चंदा नै
आलम रै मीठै छंदां नै
खुसरो री हंसती आडी नै
उण सेजां नै, उण लाडी नै
चवड़े धाड़े चीन्थ रैया है।।
